When & why do children tease each other?
Some children enjoy teasing other people because when they are sad it makes them feel better about themselves if they make others feel sad aswell. Children that tease other people usually have had something sad happen to them and they feel like someone else should feel the blame too. They might tease you because you are better than them at something or smarter than them, even if you have a game that they want they might make fun of you.

Have you ever been teased? If so how did you feel?
Yes, it makes you feel upset and you don’t understand why someone is teasing you. It depends how strong you are, if you a stronger person you could be teased but it wouldn’t hurt you as much as it would hurt a weaker person. Some people can take lots of teasing and it won’t bother them, they just go on as normal but some people can’t take it and it really affects them badly.

How can someone who’s teased stop the teasing?
They should tell an adult, teacher or someone they know will help them. If you don’t want to tell soemone then you should just walk away and ignore them. Try to be strong.

Have you ever teased someone? Why? How did you feel?
Friends make fun of each other but not horribly but I have never teased someone I didn’t like or teased someone in a mean way.
